All levels are welcome. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you are welcome here. Modifications are offered. The practice is mindful.
Jen has been teaching yoga since 1999 and appreciates the affect of awareness, breath and conscious movement on both the body and soul.
Suggested donation: $12 to support the space and the practitioner.
PLEASE NOTE~ Check calendar frequently for schedule changes if the space is rented to outside groups who do not want Saturday yoga. Also, there are no Saturday classes on holiday weekends.
