10:00am~ Qi Gong Movement Meditation (no experience necessary--all welcome)
11:00am~ Walking Meditation
12:00pm~ Mindful Eating Meditation
12:30pm~ Nature reflection solo exercise in nature (bring journal)
1:00pm~ Dharma Sharing circle
2:00pm~ Sitting Meditation
2:30pm~ Closing circle and singing/chanting meditation
4:00-6:00pm OPTIONAL community sauna for an additional $15~~~a great way to anchor your experience! Walk our trails, enjoy the scenery, hang in a hammock and then wander to the sauna for a 4pm deep relaxation.
Suggested Donation for Day of Mindfulness: $45: includes yoga class, programming, and a charitable contribution to the Thich Nhat Hanh Foundation. Please bring a healthy, prepared dish and serving utensil for a pot luck lunch serving about 10 people. (We have plates, bowls, eating utensils and stoves for warming food. )

Spend the night: You may spend the night in our shared co-ed bunk room in Mt Pleasant Lodge, hostel-style, for an additional $54 per night.
